Wisdom is born from reflection.

Meditation refers to ancient time-honored techniques and practices that settle the nervous system and train your brain to be more focused, engaged and less reactive. It’s a practice of joining your awareness to everything in your life to create a more intentional life.

People meditate for many reasons such as to activate the healing process or prevent disease, transition through difficult times, reduce stress, find wellness, attain a deep understanding of oneself and of others’ emotions.

It can also enhance the immune system, normalize blood pressure, lower cholesterol, improve circulation, relieve chronic physical conditions such as pain, allergies, arthritis, indigestion, insomnia, diabetes, and so much more.

If you are looking for increased energy, the release of happy hormones and to change unhealthy mental and behavioral habits, then a regular meditation practice is beneficial for you.

Lisa’s 8-week meditation course teaches you how to meditate or improve your meditation practice. The program is designed to give you all the tools that you need to transform your life, feel peaceful and serene, while developing a lasting, positive, optimistic outlook. This program can be done virtually, or in person.

“Lisa is a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring teacher. She introduced me to meditation several years ago and has nurtured my practice by providing encouragement, techniques and even customized meditations. Lisa is extraordinary in knowing just what is needed at a particular time.”
